May 31st, 2009 - Based on the results of the Ontario Provincial Championships, the final standings for Puller of the Year, Team of the Year, and Ontario's Strongest Region have all been updated. Congratulations to Shea Dickie and Laura Cook for earning the Male and Female Puller of the Year awards. Teeswater Thunder brought home Team of the Year honours. And Western Ontario is Ontario's Strongest Armwrestling Region.
May 17th, 2009 - The Ontario Provincial Championships are taking place in Ottawa this Sunday, May 24th. Don't miss the final event of the 2008-2009 season! Details can be found here.
April 29th, 2009 - The results from the Southern Ontario Championships have now been posted. Don't miss the last of the regional circuit sanctioned events -- The Northen Ontario Championships on May 9th in North Bay. The final event of the 2008-2009 OAA season should be one of the best -- The Ontario Provincial Armwrestling Championships in Ottawa on May 24th.
April 4th, 2009 - With 174 total entries, last week's Mike Gould Classic was the biggest armwrestling tournament in Ontario in recent years! It was a huge success with large competitive classes in all categories.
There are lots of tournaments taking place in Ontario over the spring and summer. Details have now been posted for Arm Melter 5 in Belleville on July 11th and the Brawl at the Mall in Barrie on July 25th.
