These are the FINAL standings for Ontario's Strongest Armwrestling Region for the 2008-2009 OAA season. The points include those earned at the Western Ontario Armwrestling Championships on October 25th, 2008, the Eastern Ontario Armwrestling Championships on November 22nd, 2008, the Golden Horseshoe Armwrestling Championships on January 31st, 2009, the Southern Ontario Armwrestling Championships on April 18th, 2009, the Northern Ontario Championships on May 9th, 2009, and the Ontario Provincial Armwrestling Championships on May 24th, 2009.
1st - Western Ontario - 322 points (WOAC=39; EOAC=51; GHAC=62; SOAC=94; NOAC=48; PROV=28)
2nd - Eastern Ontario - 209 points (WOAC=15; EOAC=59; GHAC=33; SOAC=0; NOAC=9; PROV=93)
