Rules
OAA events use the standard CAWF rules. Full rules can be found on the Refereeing in Canada website. The rules are also announced at the start of each tournament.
Standard CAWF armwrestling tables are used, the dimensions of which can also be found on the Refereeing in Canada website.
All OAA Circuit Sanctioned events use a double elimination format -- you must lose twice before being out of the tournament. An A and B bracket system is used, the details of which are also described on the Refereeing in Canada website.
